The building known as “The Olivia” is owned by 33/34 West Owner LLC (referred to herein as “we” or “us”), which is committed to protecting the privacy of prospective and existing residential tenants (“you” or “users”), particularly as collected on theolivianyc.com (our “website” or “site”). This statement discloses our privacy practices. The purpose of this statement is to inform you:
